Tubing on the Guadalupe River
Rio Raft & Resort provides tubing on the Guadalupe River for fun and exciting 2 to 6 hour float trips below Canyon Dam and has several float trips available according to the Guadalupe River's levels, age of group and choice of river equipment. Choose to go tubing, rafting, kayaking, canoeing, or fishing on the Guadalupe River. All rentals include shuttles either upstream for a float back down the Guadalupe River to the Rio Raft & Resort; or at higher flows, we have several downstream takeout points.
River tube and raft rentals for tubing on the Guadalupe River include a shuttle upstream to one of two put-in points on the Guadalupe River's popular Tube Loop providing a great float back to Rio Raft & Resort at the 4th Crossing Bridge. This is the same section of the Guadalupe River for our 2-3 hour float trips in rafts, inflatable canoes (rubber duckys) or sit-on-top kayaks.

All persons accessing the Guadalupe River are subject to a $1.00 per person Water Oriented Recreation District fee which goes toward Guadalupe River clean-ups, law enforcement, river signage, and safety issues on the Guadalupe River and Canyon Lake.

No glass or polystyrene is allowed on Canyon Lake or the Guadalupe River and no pets are allowed in Rio Raft & Resort's equipment. If you can't swim, do not go. We provide lifevests with all boat rentals and they are provided upon request for tube rentals.
River Tubing Tips: wear river shoes, water sandals or old tennis shoes for protection. Bring water and snacks, protection from the sun (hat, sunscreen, etc.). We have all the above items at our river store.
Alcoholic beverages are allowed (no glass) and there are no size restrictions on ice chests. Please remember to drink responsibly and do not litter - we provide free mesh trash bags with all tube and raft rentals.
