GUADALUPE RIVER CABINS & RV CAMPING- RAFTS, KAYAKS AND TUBING! Rio Raft is close to Canyon Lake, Gruene and New Braunfels in the center of the Texas Hill Country. We are open daily for Guadalupe river float trips or access to the river for trout fishing. BLUEGRASS ON THE RIVER - May 12th- see below for more info. We have 21 Guadalupe River cabins with kitchenettes, full baths and a great view of our beautiful river frontage just above the 4th Crossing Bridge on River Road. Four cottages are near our large swimming pool with access to the Guadalupe River. RV camping is available with 30 and 50 amp service, on site sewer, cable TV, picnic table, free WiFi and space for big rigs. The Rio Raft event center overlooking the river will accommodate family reunions, corporate and church retreats, wedding parties or RV Rally clubs as well as activities for our Winter Texan friends. Rio Raft has been a family oriented resort since 1977 and prides itself on being one of the quietest parks on River Road and the only one on the Guadalupe River with a 24 hour on-site camp host. The disposable container ban in New Braunfels will NOT be on our section of the Guadalupe River. Ban applies on the Comal and Guadalupe Rivers within the New Braunfels city limiits only.

Open year-round, Rio Raft offers fishing on the Guadalupe River for rainbow trout, brown trout, Guadalupe bass and more with boat rentals available all year (weather permitting). Rio is a stocking point for rainbow trout so bring your fly fishing rod and fish one of the Top 100 Trout Streams in the United States. Camping with Bluegrass!! 3 bands on the River on May 12th - On Common Ground, Ranch Road 12 Band with Alan Munde and Elliott Rogers, Hang Nail with Mike Bond, Tim Wilson & Clem Roland. 2pm till dark - jam session afterwards. Music is free for our weekend camping or lodging guests. Day passes will be available for $15.00 per person - 2- 8pm (all campground rules apply) - no pets, no ice chests with day pass. call soon for reservations.Choose rafting, tubing (or toobing), inflatable canoes, or sit-on-top kayaks for 2 to 4 hour float trips down the Guadalupe River from the popular Tube Loop.
